Can’t Progress Phoenicia or Scandalabra–Stuck on “No More Gossip”/“Unfurnished Business”

I’ve run into a bug that’s preventing me from realizing Phoenicia and Scandalabra, and I don’t want to finish the game until I can realize everyone! The game version is the most current.

Phoenicia is stuck saying she has "no more gossip" no matter when or where I talk to her, so I can’t progress to her interaction with Freddy. Scandalabra is also stuck–he just keeps saying he has “Unfurnished Business” and won’t progress to his realization. I’ve already realized everyone else except those two and Freddy.

Things I’ve tried:

-Interacting with Phoenicia at different times of day
-Talking to her in various parts of the house
-Waiting a few in-game days
-Playing on both my PC and Steam Deck (same issue on both)

Would really appreciate any guidance or fixes, thanks so much!
