Trajectory tuning: adjusting lie angle vs weights

My Ping G440 Max was both loft and lie adjustment in the hosel (as I think many newer drivers do), which made me wonder: if I want to add loft and draw bias, will I see a noticeable difference between a) adding loft while keeping the lie flat (F+ hosel setting) and then adjusting the weight at the back to Draw and b) using the draw bias that adding loft naturally provides (+ hosel setting) and keeping the weight Neutral?
