Need help with first pc build

New build or upgrade? New build

Existing parts/monitors to reuse? Not super worried about peripherals like case and monitor rn, just anything that fits in the end I suppose

PC purpose? Primarily CAD/3d printing, maybe a lil gaming/VR at some point.

Purchase country? US

Monitors needed? Whatever works

Budget range? I'll be buying it piecemeal overtime and don't really have a set budget for the end, but I'd guess something like $1000-1500 makes sense. More worried about value of each part on its own.

WiFi or wired connection? WiFi, but would like to set up wired at some point.
