Looking for EU server!

As the title says i'm lookin for an EU server.
I only have 1-2 hours an evening time. I value my time so a modded server with more moderate settings would be great. Tried "Tal der Zeit" (too empty for my liking). I am not fixed on German servers even though my spoken english is a bit rough (would love to expand on it). Any suggestions with an active playerbase would be great. Whitelist or not, i dont care. RP for beginners would also be alright.

thx for your time o7
