• How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life?

performance per watt, low temp, performance overall, looks, build quality. More into good CPU instead of good GPU. But need dedicated GPU regardless. As not that knowledgeable guy I assume less watt=lower temp=healthier laptop. So I would like one that uses it's watts well but is still not to far from the top.

• How important is weight and thinness to you?

not that much

• Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.

14 or less but realistically 15.6/16 cuz can't get smol anywhere :(

• Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.

games, local ai. CPU heavy games like eu4, ck2, hoi4 and warband, terraria, zomboid, heavily modded Gothic 2. Also 500gb Skyrim modpack but I doubt that's even runnable on laptop.

• If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?

this questions seems like a duplicate. I like best quality but am used to compromising on laptop and going wild on PC instead

• Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?

all optional: anything that influences lower temp, less noise, less bulk, in that order.
