Cost of finishing a semi-finished 2-bedroom apartment in Addis Ababa?

Hi Fam,
I'm about to receive a semi-finished 100 m² apartment in Addis Ababa. It comes with outer windows and the main entrance door but the following still needs to be done:

• Painting all walls
• Installing interior doors (about 6 doors)
• Fully finishing 2 bathrooms (tiling, toilet, sink, shower, etc.)
• Installing kitchen cabinets and countertops
• wardrobes for bedrooms
• Floor finishing (tiles or laminate)
• Electrical fixtures and lighting

I’m aiming for a high-quality finish: a clean, simple, and modern look. Nothing over the top luxurious.

Can anyone familiar with current prices in Addis share a realistic total budget estimate for this kind of work? Also, any recommendations on good materials or trusted contractors, or interior designers would be much appreciated.
