My 09 Saturn Vue XE 2.4L does this "jump" and sometimes stalls only as I am approaching a stop

Hi, I am at a loss. I just spent 2300 dollars at a mechanic to find out what the issue is, and he changed spark plugs, coils, injectors and a camshaft position sensor and cleaned the throttle body. (Also did a brake job, which was most of the cost since the front calipers were seizing, and that issue is actually fixed). Unfortunately, I'm still getting jumps and sometimes stalls when I am coming to a stop (ie. Under 10 MPH). I turned on my voltmeter on the dash and when it does the jump, I see the voltage drop, but I think that's just cuz the engine caught itself from stalling. I am now at a complete loss. The only other thing I can maybe think of is belt slipping, but I dont think that my serpentine belt slipping would cause a stall only at stops. If anyone can help me out, that would be much appreciated. Thanks
