Rough estimates on lot grading

I am looking at some lots in the Phoenix suburbs for home construction. Does anybody need know a very rough estimate for how much it would be to trade the lot for home construction? The lot I am looking at is a half acre and probably has an existing 10 degree upward slope to it now.
