So I talked to HR [Co]
So I had made some posts earlier about how I asked to talk to HR because I felt as if the written warning that my boss gave me was unfair. I won’t repeat the situations but a lot of people on here made me feel stupid for talking to HR.
I talked to HR today about what happened and there is a policy in place for when things like this happen.
I have felt like my boss was out to get me for a while. Turns out she never had to go HR for our situation like you guys stated. She decided to go to HR but ultimately she could have made the decision herself. When it’s people she likes she lets them get away with murder but I’ve noticed with people she doesn’t like she treats them unfairly. I’ve had a run in with my boss disagreeing about a verbal warning I got not to long ago and she never let me know that I could dispute it through HR if I didn’t agree with her.
I’m honestly glad I talked to HR, I’d didnt bash my boss at all I simply was asking questions as to why I got a written warning so I can do better.
I say all that to say don’t be scared to talk to HR and advocate for yourself.
