Still Waiting

I sent for my passport expedited it arrived at the passport Agency on June 25th. They waited tge full 3 weeks to request extra information which I overnighted to them. I already tried getting my congressman involved but it hasn't seemed to speed up anything. What else can I do to get them to pick up the pace?
