recommendations for esim?

going to costa rica in a few weeks for a bit more than a month. it‘s my first solo travel as a female so i really want to have enough mobile data for the whole time just for safety reasons does anybody have some recommendations what esim is the best, or which price range is normal so i don‘t get scammed or just general tipps for me thanks 🫶🏽🫶🏽
