Sincere Q about written responses from our Senators to constituent letters and emails

Has anyone ever received a specific / not generic email response from either Moreno or Husted to their letters or emails? I've received the same stock response to every single letter and email I've sent to both of them and never a response actually related to the topic I've asked about. Is this what others are getting? Brown and even Portman always had a specific reply (and yes, I know it was most likely from a staffer, but still.) Has any Ohio media reported on this? I've looked but not found anything and I'm honestly pretty tired of this lazy BS. Thanks in advance for any perspective. I am not a fan of either, but I do expect them to work for their salaries.
