Cutscene won’t load

I’m stuck just before a cutscene and it won’t load. My character is stuck in place and I can’t do anything. I can’t even reload to an earlier save cause I’m console and on an honor mode run. The worst part is I’ve beaten most of the game and was doing the last non-main quest I had left to do in the game. Does anybody know what I could do?
