Impossible Credit Issue

I've been trying to open a bank account, but whenever I've tried with Bank of America, they couldn't pull up any sort of credit. I tried contacting all three credit bureaus and got nowhere with them, can't even generate a credit report on their websites. Also tried contacting SSA to see if there is any issue, which there was none. I've only been an authorized user on someone else's credit card and I haven't even messed with banking yet. Any advice or ideas to fix this?
