Help!! I need to cough but I am scared! URGEND PLEASE!!

I just had my Nuss procedure done about three weeks ago in Germany, so far everything is fine, I can walk, lay down on my back to sleep and even lay on my sides! I also stand up when I am laying on my side, if I try that while laying on my back it hurts. I am only taking Ibuprofen before sleep and when I am in pain after sitting or laying in a dumb position.

Thank god I didn’t have my first sneeze. I already laughed but it hurts like hell on the sides. But how do you cough? I have a feeling in my throat that I need to cough but I just can’t, when I try to cough it starts hurting like hell in the sides, especially on the right because I have a stabilizer.

Can someone help me how to cough please? Could a Inhalator help?
