Please help on choosing

Ive been thinking so much but still couldn’t choose between those three cameras:

1. Canon powershot sx200
2. Sony cybershot dsc w-830
3. Sony T-100 (Dont worry about the budget they all are almost the same because ive found them three on a thrift site on my country. Also they all in a good condition)

The thing i want is if it is powerful for shooting travel, family, nature pictures and videos but still have a great vibe yk like i want it to have a soul rather than just a normal camera because i can shoot normal pictures on my phone too. Also please include some features too.
