Looking for stable job after of years of doing university and doordash for work

Question

So I've been attending school on and off part time/full time and working doordash for quite a while. Now, for personal reasons, I need a stable full-time job for the next 1.5 years. (uni needs to be put on hold)

The last time I had a stable full-time job was at least 5 years ago. Now I have some questions before I start making my resume (some of the questions might be stupid, forgive me)

As it stands, I'm just looking for a regular job that doesn't require a degree or training, but I'm hoping I can leverage my unfinished college education for something better than just "dead end".

I'm assuming I should list the college and university I attended? My college GPA at both schools is good and the university I attended is a pretty well known respected private uni (maybe that might help me a little?) Should I list my GPA? Furthermore, I have combined maybe 100-110 credits. Should I list that?

Now lastly, during my time at uni I studied computer science and engineering and took a ton of pretty rigorous classes. I completed Calc 1-3, Discrete Math, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Physics, Chemistry, Data Structures, Statics, Strength of Materials etc. etc. NOW, I promise I'm not trying to be pretentious but I was wondering if these classes could perhaps show that I have decent analyticalskills that will open jobs that are not just dead ends?

Thoughts?

Thank you very much in advance.
