Questions about lumpectomy revisions

I had a large lumpectomy and an oncoplastic reduction on May 1st. I went from a J cup to a D cup. My plastic surgeon did a great job given how much tissue needed to be removed for the cancer before he could put me back together, but 3 months later one nipple still sits at least an inch higher than the other. I will meet with my surgeon in September to discuss touch up surgery.

Any experiences with this that people can share? Thank you.
