Any Logi Options alternative that also let you customize action per app?

I have constant problems getting Logi Options to just run. That's all I want from it half the time. But sometimes it just won't load, just a spinning wheel, asks for a permission it already has, or whatever. I'm done.

I've been trying out some alternatives, like BetterMouse and now Mac Mouse Fix. BetterMouse didn't work almost at all and seems to have screwed up my mouse sensitivity in a way I haven't yet been able to fix, but Mac Mouse Fix does precisely what it aims to do thus far. Reverses scroll direction, lets me set custom actions for buttons, etc.

That's great, but I still can't find an alternative that allows me to change the button functions per app the way Logi Options did. It was really helpful being able to have the mouse behave differently depending on what app I'm using. These apps don't seem to have that ability. I'm only able to have clicking in a side button, for instance, only apply one behavior everywhere.

Anybody know of any macOS apps that can replicate that functionality of Logi Options?
