Accidentally clicked on a email link

Hi! So unfortunately I got tricked by what seems to be a phishing link. I feel very stupid for falling for it but it my defense it was from a real student from my old university using their university email and there were no typos or anything and seemed very convincing (email just said I would need to confirm my enrollment/verify my account for IT reasons). I clicked it just because I remembered seeing a similar email before so I thought okay so that one must’ve been real if I’m getting multiple emails about it. I clicked it and the second I saw letters I didn’t recognize I clicked out LOL. I just want to make sure my student accounts won’t get affected because I do have my bank info on some of my accounts. The accounts all automatically use the same username and password. We have two factor authentication for all of the accounts as well though so I assume it’ll be okay but I just want to make sure lol!!
