Grounded 2 lost weapon

Well we’ve lost our coaltana.

We was messing around PvP outside our base and one of us dropped our coaltana for our mate and the. We free for all for the weapon.

I picked it up and we carried on but then after we stopped we realised I didn’t have it in my inventory and neither did my friend.

So we’ve lost our blade until they add the oven into the game.

Anyone got any tips on how to find it or get it back?

We’ve tried loading a few last saves but no joy. It’s almost like it’s just deleted itself from our world entirely.
