How do you manage your time when running a business?

We are a small team running a social media service platform. It took us years of hard work and trial and error to build something stable and reliable.

Now that we have grown the workload is even more intense. Customer support service testing updates planning all happening at once. Some days feel like there is never enough time.

We do have systems in place but time still slips away fast.

So we are genuinely curious. How do you manage your time when things get busy. Do you follow a routine or use specific tools. Or is it more about mindset and habits.
