Bailey Cove wreck

Does anyone know what has happened on Bailey cove and green mountain? When I went through I saw a concrete truck stopped and then there was a sheet on the ground and a blue bike helmet. Lots and lots of police and fire.

I really hope it wasn’t a kid on a bike. Thank you in advance.
