I think Still Sight is bugged and was wondering if anyone else has noticed weird things with it?

Just played a couple matches where the perk didn't reveal auras at the beginning, until I got blinded, it then proceeded to work as normal, however still revealed auras when blinded which definitely doesn't feel intended given what the effect is supposed to do.
