[MINDSET] Why There Is No AI Silver Bullet

People fantasize that one big model will make the hard parts of their job disappear. That’s like hoping one workout will make you fit.

The gains come from carving seconds off a task you repeat a thousand times. Do that ten times and you’ve created a day. Do it fifty and you’ve created a hire.

So pick a process. Measure how long it takes. Ask, “What is the smallest risky thing we can automate?” Ship it. Keep the manual version around as a safety net. When the automated one stops failing, remove the net. Repeat.

Progress feels boring day to day and miraculous in hindsight. That’s how you know it’s real.

Have a process you keep postponing because you’re waiting for the perfect tool? Describe it below; we’ll find the smaller version together.
