What to do if toddler stuffs food up their nose?

Ok so my toddler just tried to stuff some pasta up her nose! Thankfully I stopped her on time but what if I hadn’t? What if she does it again when she’s at daycare and no one notices? Have you encountered this scenario? How did you know there was something up their nose? Will food even stay there?
