Looking for a helping hand

I'm soon to be starting my twitch stream and I've seen alot of people have these amazing animated stream starting soon videos and I was wondering if anyone knows anyone or anyone on here can make one for me so it looks more professional.. I know you can get some free ones online but none are as good as I've seen some of the people I follow have so if any recommendations or if you can do it yourself please let me know would be greatly appreciated...
