What would you use today?

Photography is not my job, it’s one of the many hobbies I obsessively pursued and which during that time took decent pictures.

Ive had a Nikon d7500 for a while… and grew up. I haven’t taken pictures seriously for years - and tired of the iphone lower quality pictures. So i’ve been looking back into upgrading for my next cycle.

I’m looking to travel and live life taking pictures I could frame in my home, write stories/lyrics to and share perspective on life.

D7500 was amazing for zooming and could go far back and give it the depth which is perfect for perspective. Even if it was for “portraits”.

Now I just want to be able to pull it out of my jacket pocket and snap the pic. Not wear it around my neck… or carry a bag.

Just wanted to give some extra info if anyone has recommendations and we don’t mind the price. ~2k
