Vegan friends lost their mom. I want to gift them something nice, some comfort food maybe. Need suggestions.

Hey everyone. So my long time friends are ethical vegans, as am I. They are a married couple and one of them lost their mom recently. She is allergic to walnuts. I was thinking of getting them the nuts for cheese bundle with all of the cheeses, some cream cheese dips and their butter (nfc brand doesn’t use walnuts). But I would like some other reccs if anyone knows anything better? Lmk!
