What would you suggest me for an upgrade

Greetings everyone, i'm here to ask you all to what CPU and GPU i should upgrade. I plan to upgrade both my GPU and CPU since my good companion (my pc) is starting to get old and losing some hits sometimes. My CPU and GPU at the moment are relatively an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X and the good old GeForce GTX 1660. I was planning to upgrate them both with a total budget of 500 - 600 euros (579 - 694 USD), after all this being said i (not an expert and quite clumsy, please don't roast me for what i will say) was thinking of a RTX 5060 as a GPU and a Ryzen 7 5800X for the CPU (this is kinda what i found that could get inside my budget) but then i remembered a thing, AMD does GPUs so i searched and found a Radeon RX 7600 XT, after a lil comparison on technical city i noticed that compared to my 1660 there was a difference of about 10% in performance. Now here my questions starts, which GPU and CPU do you suggest me to take based of my budget and what are the difference with nvidia graphic cards in case it would be better an AMD one for an upgrade? to finish i would like to ask you from which sites do you suggest me to buy such components since i never bought any before. Thank you all in advance and sorry for all the yap hope i've been clear, ask me any further question in case you need more informations.
