Whole character ai broken

So...my problem. I speak with a character...lets say...20 texts from me....and the whole platform dies. Like i can type, and i can use the home, the chats and everything that is down there. But NOTHING else. Like i cant open characters, cant click new characters most of the times...one time it worked for some reason...but really. No used characters, no sending text, no refresh for chats...NOTHING. and i have to close, and reopen the app EVERYTIME.
