Introvert problems

I'm new to this, I'm in CB and for now I don't have much traffic (although I'm not very constant either) but I feel like it's very noticeable that I'm new, it's not easy for me to get rid of my grief, I don't talk much and I don't know what to do. Sometimes I feel ridiculous when I don't know how to start.
