How do I progress?

Looking for advice on how to progress as someone who is only able to hop on for a couple of hours per week.

For context: I have a couple hundred hours on the game, star chart completed, MR 18. But my schedule has gotten busier as real life responsibilities stack up, and I am maybe able to get time for gaming about 30 minutes a day, with maybe a longer session on the weekends some time.

I am just finding it difficult to progress and keep track of what is going on. I mean, Warframe is massive. I set out out to do X, but before I can do that I need to farm Y and Z, which require you to do W, so on and so forth. And obviously I need to have an optimized buils for everything, because that's the whole point of Warframe. Why else would anyone play a game where you have to do genuine math to determine how much damage you are doing, that to nerd out over the top.

And then given my time constraints, it becomes even more difficult. Its a very grindy game of course, which is making things difficult.

I guess what I am asking is, what is the best order to approach things once you have access to pretty much everything?

The main things I am thinking to pursue / optimize are: Profit Taker, Railjack, Endo farm, Dojo. But I would appreciate any input. I would like to fully complete / collect / optimize everything in the game eventually if possible, but am just at a loss for where to start
