Property insurance on a home we are renting.

Sorry for any weird formatting, I’ve not submitted from mobile. Hi everyone, we are in South Carolina. I’m curious about this paragraph in the lease they want signed. Is this legal? I know there’s renters insurance but this is saying property insurance. Thanks for any input!
