I wanted to share a bit on why Orchestra BioMed (OBIO) is another bigger long term holding in my portfolio, right alongside IBIT. It’s a different play, high risk, but possibly even higher reward.

OBIO is a clinical-stage bioelectronic medicine company focusing on cardiovascular innovation. Their two lead products:
•	AVIM Therapy for hypertension – FDA Breakthrough Device status, targeting a market of 7M+ U.S. patients
	•	Virtue SAB for artery disease – A new twist on sirolimus delivery that could disrupt interventional cardiology.

Why do I like this company?
	•	$14 PT from analysts (trading at ~$2.65 now) — We’re talking multi-bagger potential.
	•	Partnerships with Medtronic + Ligand — They’re not going it alone, and this adds legitimacy.
	•	137+ issued patents — This isn’t fluff IP; it’s core to FDA pathways and eventual licensing.
	•	BackBeat Trial + Funding runway — They’ve got the capital (recent raise + strategic cash) and a pivotal trial underway.
This is real innovation, not a biotech pipe dream. If just one of their therapies gets commercial traction, the upside is explosive.

I treat OBIO as a “venture-style” bet in a public market wrapper
	•	Unlike meme plays or biotech lotto
tickets, this one has clear milestones, big partners, and clinical designations
	•	I’m fine holding through volatility because the risk/reward ratio here is asymmetric
I own this stock at an average price of $2.40.
