Gross fur?

I have a 6 month old female. She's very, VERY fluffy, and she has a weird habit where she likes to walk while she uses the bathroom. Because of this, her back legs, stomach, and butt fur is always crusty or soaked with urine. It's gross! I regularly clean it, but even that doesn't seem to get the smell out. She also will not stand for a sanitary trim no matter how hard I try. Not even for a groomer, it stresses her out too bad. Is there anything else I can do? I love her but she's so stinky and likes to shove her butt in my face for scratches 🥴
