Kassidy astutely makes the point that Blake's attorney detailing all the "mean" things that Bryan Freedman said in the media about Blake Lively on the court docket (she is lying, she's not a good person, etc.) is just putting all those statements out there all over again.

In other words, Blake's own attorneys are tainting the jury pool against Blake.

They are not helping her by doing this.

Also, the motion is so repetitive and long and considering that they are being paid thousands of dollars an hour, Blake should be angry. (But Blake ultimately wants Wayfarer to pay her legal bills.)

Kassidy had not even heard all the things Bryan Freedman had said in the media about Blake, but now she knows about them, thanks to this motion by Lively Attorneys.

It goes without saying that Freedman was defending his client, that his statements are true, and that everything he says is a response to something Team Lively said in the public about Baldoni/Wayfarer, which is allowed.

Most of the negative comments that have been made about Blake Lively did not originate with Wayfarer - those criticisms about Blake Lively have been around ever since she was first cast in It Ends With Us. (Some of them are documented by a YouTube channel called The Bush Birds that reads older comments about Blake Lively in various online platforms including the Reddit group about Colleen Hoover.)
