Please help me I’m so anxious!

Hi everyone is it possible that i am pregnant with the mirena IUD and i also have endometriosis. I got my iud in january and have been having sex regularly since i used to bleed constantly but it cleared up not to long ago and now i had some bleeding for like 3 days last week, could that be my period? What is really making me nervous is that ive had some nausea and diarrhea the last couple days but its kind of on and off. I think that was my period and i hadn’t had sex after that but these symptoms are freaking me out!
