Thanks to all of you women on this sub who suggested hrt! I was on it some years ago; at the time, 10 years was the maximum we could be prescribed it because of that breast cancer study. I’ve had hot flashes, brain fog, exhaustion but inability to sleep, etc, for ten years. Went to my dr today and she agreed with what you all have said! I was ready to argue but didn’t have to. One question: those of you who take testosterone as well, how is that? She didn’t want to prescribe it because all the testosterone studies have been on men.
