Severe to profound hearing loss, sudden HA emergency, what’s my best OTC option

Title kind of says it all. Broken HAs, and I have a severe to profound bilateral sensorineural hearing loss (since childhood, due to genetic disorder). I am pretty anti-doctor and haven’t been to any audiologist in around 8 years, so I don’t have some go-to one. Also work like 100 hours a week and have zero time.

I realize OTC aides aren’t the correct option in my case and don’t need a lecture there. What I need to know: what is the most powerful OTC option I can super quickly buy in the US? Preferably in person (I live in a major city) but online is ok.
