Places to get a small shredder repaired or examined?

My small Fellowes shredder stopped shredding recently despite going strong for several years, and I was wondering if there's a place near the Fairfax or Reston area that does repairs for things like this?

(It can turn on and reverse just fine, but won't shred despite the blades being fairly clean and being able to turn on).
