SWV Help!

I had applied for a SWV in Feb this year and had’t heard back for nearly 4 months. Due to unforseen circumstances my first sponsor withdrew my CoS, without letting me know. I got an email from the HO stating that my CoS was withdrawn and had 10 days to confirm withdrawal. I was still under Sec3C and had to find a new sponsor, luckily I managed to find a new role and sponsorship within 10 days. But just before I received my CoS my first sponsor kept pushing me to withdraw my first CoS (replying to the HO email). It took me a day after that to secure a CoS with the new sponsor as they needed all my info etc. and I applied for a new visa immediately. This was under the 14 day period for 39E. The HO has contacted my new sponsor twice - one to check for new entrant, the next time to shorten CoS (as I waited 4 months for the previous visa). I’m nearing the 8 week mark this Friday and received the complex issue email last Friday. I complained to the HO as there was no clear communication about my status but they only kept saying I have an active application that is being considered and added that my previous application had an IT issue. I spoke to a lawyer and they have asked me to wait. I’m really anxious as they had delayed my first visa and most likely this one. Is it worth escalting my issue with the MP after 8 weeks? I’m really helpless and worry about my status/visa outcome. I have spent half the year waiting on visa outcomes and its affecting me.
