I Want You Back and it Sucks

Venting this here since this is the only medium to. I won't leave it up, but it's been months and you still haunt me. I've thought so much about how it ended, how both our wounds led to this outcome, and how we could figure it out if only you were willing. I know you were terrified to let your walls down, but that's the only way it can be, you never had to fear being vulnerable with me, every time you broke I was there for you. What made you think it'd ever be different?
