I’m starting birth control as a teen and have a severe fear of vomiting

I’ve been anxiously doing plenty of research about BC and how bad the nausea is because i’m very scared that i’ll throw up if I take it. I just need some reassurance or advice to prevent that from happening. I also don’t know how bad the nausea is (I experience it frequently because of panic attacks) and I’m not sure if it’s any different. I am taking BC because I may have endometriosis which is very possible because i’ll get severe cramps that will literally cause me to faint. I’ve seen a lot of posts and videos on tiktok talking about how they’ve had nausea and it scares me so much that i’m already nauseous thinking about it:(
