Founding Engineer (React Native + Node.js) – Remote (India / Manesar)

Job Title: Founding Engineer (React Native + Node.js) Company Name: Stealth-mode fintech startup (Silicon Valley + India operations) Location: Remote (India) or in-person (Manesar, Haryana)

Job Description: We're building a consumer fintech product from the ground up. As our first engineering hire, you'll work directly with the founders to architect, build, and ship our Alpha product. Fast-paced, high-ownership environment with zero bureaucracy.

Skills Required:

2+ years of experience with React Native

Strong backend experience with Node.js

Familiarity with Firebase, PostgreSQL, or Stripe is a plus

Comfortable working independently and owning end-to-end features

Salary Range: ₹6 LPA – ₹12 LPA + meaningful equity Perks: H1B visa sponsorship possible if work is done with quality
