Period/cycle randomly comes back?

I've been on testosterone for years now, started on shots but I've been on gel for a few more years. My body hates injections esp considering i have to take them weekly- I bruise, swell up, etc.

I take 1.62%, two pumps after my shower every night. I take it almost consistently besides missing a few days here or there. My levels are normal male range- so I'd think I'm absorbing it fine?

Some months I have typical cycle symptoms for weeks (downstairs soreness, binge eating, moodiness, etc) plus I bleed for like 5-7 days with minimal cramps. It happened last month and is unfortunately happening again this month right before my trip to my my girlfriends.

I have no idea what's going on, it's annoying. I haven't taken Depo in years as it worsened my arthritis and i don't really know when i'll be getting a hysterectomy, either.

Anyone have any ideas?
