How do you counter people who say you don't have the right to pirate media?

Discussion

A very common argument I see pro-piracy folk use (and one that I agree with personally) is that sometimes piracy is necessary against predatory companies or their predatory EULAs.

However, anti-piracy folk will claim that you agreed to the EULA, and that if you have such a problem with it, you shouldn't use the software. Basically, they say that you agreed to the EULA, which you're not forced to do.

I encounter this counter argument a lot and don't really know how to counter it myself, so I'm curious what everyone here thinks
