I know this gets asked a ton but I struggle matching feminine clothes.

I need help figuring out what feminine clothes can actually go together and what can’t. I am amazing at matching things like baggy jeans and sweaters or just looking like the most bi boy you could find, but every time I put on the feminine clothes I have I just feel like I’m putting on whatever I’ve found on the floor. It’s so confusing and it feels like it shouldn’t be so confusing. Am I being dumb or could anybody help me? To help my style would just consist of emo types of clothing or cute clothes with stitching in them, cute sweaters or crop tops I enjoy too.
