With a Bachelors in CS what jobs can I apply for other than ITA and ITS1?. Does this give me any advantage?

Hi, I have bachelors in cs and have 3+ years of experience. Currently, I am unemployed for over a year and I have been trying for ITA and ITS1 but have no luck. So I am thinking whether I can try for other job classifications and will it give me an advantage while applying for state jobs?. With a bachelor’s what other job classifications and jobs that I can apply for?. Does having irrelevant experience in state give me an added advantage while applying for ITA and ITS1 roles?.
