NCC: Now that Govatos is gone, where can you get a local box of chocolates?

Now that Govatos is closed, I need a recommendation for where to get a box of handmade chocolates. It's for a gift, so I'd love it to be made in Delaware or nearby PA.

NCC is preferred, but I'll venture a little farther for something awesome.

Thanks!
